GoalDigger is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect as little data as possible, and what we do collect stays on your devices. This policy explains exactly what data GoalDigger uses and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

GoalDigger stores your savings goals, contributions, and check-in history locally on your device and — if you have iCloud enabled — synced privately via iCloud. This includes:

  • Goal names, target amounts, and deadlines you enter
  • Contribution amounts and dates you log
  • App preferences and settings

iCloud Sync

When iCloud is enabled on your device, GoalDigger syncs your data across your Apple devices using iCloud. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to us. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud handles your data.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share:

  • Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers (unless you voluntarily provide them via our feedback form)
  • Financial account information
  • Location data
  • Advertising identifiers

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

Feedback Form

If you submit a bug report or feature request via our website's feedback form, you may optionally provide your email address for follow-up. This information is only used to respond to your submission and is not shared or used for marketing.

Data Deletion

All your GoalDigger data can be deleted at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can delete the associated iCloud data from your device's iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

GoalDigger is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
